The terms that apply when you book a recovery with us.
Our service
Recovery One provides vehicle recovery, breakdown recovery, towing and related roadside services across the UK, 24 hours a day. When you book with us, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and pricing
We confirm the price with you before we send a vehicle. The price we quote is the price you pay for the job as described. If the job changes on arrival — for example a different destination or a vehicle that needs extra work to recover — we will agree any change in price with you before continuing.
Estimated arrival times
We always give you an estimated time of arrival and do our best to meet it. Traffic, weather and other emergencies can sometimes cause delays, and we will keep you updated if anything changes.
Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate information about your vehicle, its condition and its location, and make sure someone is available at the vehicle when our operator arrives. You are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before it is transported.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the recovery unless we agree otherwise in advance. We accept the payment methods confirmed to you at the time of booking.
Cancellations
You can cancel a booking before our operator is dispatched at no charge. If you cancel after dispatch, a call-out charge may apply to cover the operator's time and travel.
Liability
We take every care with your vehicle and carry appropriate insurance. Our liability is limited to the terms of that insurance and nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
