When you contact us or book a recovery, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, and the location of your vehicle. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we keep a record of that conversation so we can provide and improve our service.

We use your information to provide recovery services, give you a price and estimated arrival time, communicate with you about your booking, take payment, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Who we share it with
We may share your details with the recovery operator attending your vehicle, our payment provider, and insurers or authorities where the law requires it. We only share what is needed for that purpose.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and invoice records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting purposes. Other enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
